So my experience with the owner. I went in after someone I saw had a bracelet with a family portrait. I thought, "I need this for my mother"! She gave me the info. I went a week before my mother's birthday. The owner(I'm assuming she is the owner) greeted me. She was very kind. I made my purchase and waited for my phone call of it being ready. I never got a phone call. The day of my mother's birthday, I went there. It wasn't ready. I was heart broken. The owner texted me and apologized A LOT. She insisted she was going to make things right. And she did. She got my mother's bracelet and HAND DELIVERED it to me at my job. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom got her birthday gift. That night I gave it to her and as suspected, she cried tears of joy. I definitely recommend this boutique! 10 fold! I have never encountered an owner as determined as this one. She made things right! Thank you so much!

Janie Rose Boutique has been serving Desoto County with a great retail experience for many years. Jessica works hard to find unique and versatile pieces for her customers, and she goes above and beyond to treat them like family! Best boutique around!

Great selection of clothes, shoes and accessories and OUTSTANDING customer service! Are they the cheapest place to shop? No. They are a "boutique" and sell select name-brand clothing and accessories that are expensive anywhere you buy them. I could shop elsewhere and pay the same price (or more), but why would I do a crazy thing like that!? The ladies that run this business are absolutely lovely and turnaround time on a pair of shoes I ordered was less than a day I believe. Can't beat that! The excellent customer service and attention to detail will keep me coming back. Plus you're supporting a small business when you shop here which is more important right now than ever. I can't wait to shop here again!

Janie Rose is THE perfect place to shop! They work so hard to carry the most unique pieces and to make everybody feel special the minute they walk in the door. Jessica & Paige are always super helpful finding just the thing that fits ME and makes me feel good. i love love love shopping here!

LOVE Janie Rose and all the lovely ladies that work there! I generally order online and they get my order ready almost instantly! Cutest stuff ever! I love their rockers tees! (Yes! They’re a little pricy for a tshirt but worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Excellent quality!!) Everyone is always so helpfully in helping me decide what I need and what looks good! 100% recommend! 🥰🥰

Janie Rose is my go to for any event anytime I want to find something special I know everyone in town won’t have. They have curated some of the most beautiful pieces I love their clothing so much. The staff are like family. They go above and beyond and look out for special pieces I have my eye on and make sure to let me know when they arrive. They have even made deliveries to me on vacation and helped my husband find gifts for my birthday, anniversaries or just because! I cannot say enough about Jessica and Paige, Jeanette & the girls. The customer service cannot be surpassed. Love JRB the most!

Went in today looking for something specific. Jessica was fun, friendly and pulled a bunch of options for me to try on. They have great brands that aren’t the same as all the other boutiques. Reminded me more of some of the shops in Oxford. Thanks for the excellent experience!

This is the cutest little boutique with amazing dresses! Zoe helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was extremely sweet. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m looking for a cute dress!
